"I just wanted to thank the gentlemen working at the Eyewear Gallery in Reston Town Center who helped me today. I purchased a pair of Ray Ban Sun Glasses at Sunglass Hut last summer, and one of the lenses has popped loose. could help me, and I was immediately greeted with a courteous , "Hi there, how
are you? What can we help you with today?". I told them my situation and they
seemed almost more appalled than I was at the response I got from a high-end
boutique like S.H., and eagerly fixed my sunglasses LIKE-NEW! it took less than
30 seconds and I my sunglasses are better than new! I am so appreciative of
their help, and I will definitely be recommending this business to anyone I know

"I had a horrible experience at Hour Eyes last year and it resulted in a pair of glasses that were painful to wear, even after many trips to have them readjusted. Turns out, I am not great at picking out frames, and I received no help whatsoever by the sales girls that helped me.
