There was a small issue with syncing my previous exam records, so they had to contact support to get it resolved, but they kept me informed and handled it professionally. The email notifications could use some improvement—the scheduling link in the email went to the wrong system—but the scheduling link on the website worked perfectly fine.
I didn’t buy new frames this time since my prescription didn’t change and I’m still happy with my current pair. They do have a wide selection of frames, and while many lean toward the expensive side, the quality looks good and there are plenty of nice options to choose from.
Overall, a positive experience and I’ll continue coming back. 👍👓🙂
