Dr. Gammon is excellent and so is Amy from her staff. They both do a great job and are very caring which is important when it comes to your sight!

The service is at The Eyewear Gallery is great, I have purchased four pair of glasses there. The support and their "easy to work with attitude" goes along ways nowadays. I definitely recommend them as the place to go.

I have been going to The Eyewear Gallery for a couple years now and I really enjoy the care I get from Dr. Dawn and her staff. I drive an over 100 miles round trip, twice a year to see them. I also love their frames. I am very satisfied with the services, friendliness, care, and their products. Love Dr. Dawn and the staff as well.

I had a great experience at Eyewear Gallery. Dr. Dawn is amazing and very friendly. She always takes the time to answer my questions about my test results and explain what everything means, which I really appreciate. The staff was also helpful and welcoming during my visit. There was a small issue with syncing my previous exam records, so they had to contact support to get it resolved, but they kept me informed and handled it professionally. The email notifications could use some improvement—the scheduling link in the email went to the wrong system—but the scheduling link on the website worked perfectly fine. I didn’t buy new frames this time since my prescription didn’t change and I’m still happy with my current pair. They do have a wide selection of frames, and while many lean toward the expensive side, the quality looks good and there are plenty of nice options to choose from. Overall, a positive experience and I’ll continue coming back. 👍👓🙂

The primary reason for my top rating is Fred’s exceptional, patient, and highly personal service. My 82-year-old nana brought a cherished photo and asked for the exact frames she and her husband wore. Fred listened closely, took his time, and expertly found a perfect match that made her absolutely thrilled. He treated her with kindness and respect, explained everything clearly, and went the extra mile to ensure she left delighted. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience; I highly recommend this shop

I went in for an adjustment to my Cartier optical frames. It was quick and easy, I’m looking forward to coming back for all of my optical and vision needs.

My glasses were damaged during the security scan at the airport. One of the legs of the glasses was folded upward. I did not want to fix anything myself and left it to the specialist. I visited Eyewear Gallery and the bearded man first informed me that there was a chance that the frame would fail. So I was well informed and gave my permission to try to repair the glasses by folding back the leg. The professional man from eyewear Gallery was able to bend the leg back and my glasses were as before. When I asked the cost of the intervention I was offered it for free. I did not have to pay anything for this help even though the glasses did not even come from this store. I am very grateful to the man at Eyewear Gallery for his free help. Next glasses I buy will be there.

Dr Dawn has the latest tech to address of every aspect of my eye care. The selection of frames is fantastic and the staff makes sure everything fits and is comfortable. I highly recommend this practice over any chain experience, they take my insurance!
